He joins a dedicated group of professionals which guides the strategies of learning centers in Mexico, South Africa, India and the United States. Montarce is currently finance senior director – CFO for Lilly USA. He holds an undergraduate degree in business accounting from the Catholic University and a Masters of Business Administration from CEMA. Montarce joined Lilly in Argentina in 2001 and has held a variety of roles including Treasury, Accounting, Financial Planning & Reporting, Business Development and Supply Chain management. In addition, he held multiple leadership assignments as CFO including Argentina & Chile, Central America and Caribbean countries, Latin America Region and most recently in Germany.
