Fizziology Talks Attracting, Keeping Millennial Talent

Fizziology was launched in 2009 and has a presence in Los Angeles, Nashville and Louisville. Nearly all of the small company’s employees are Millennials. Jen Handley says keys to attracting a young work force include career development and mentoring opportunities.
During an interview on Inside INdiana Business Television, Ben Carlson said the entertainment industry-focused company is looking to expand into travel and tourism, technology and Millennial-centered retail. Fizziology’s current client list includes Sony Pictures, Warner Brothers Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Paramount, Universal, Kohl’s and Microsoft.
Fizziology touts itself as the leading social media research firm in media and entertainment. It works with studios, networks and production companies, as well as individual talent and brands. The company says its data warehouse includes more than 2.5 billion unique messages relating to movies, television, talent and brands that its team uses to create predictive analytics and benchmarks.
Handley and Carlson also launched The Hatch, which is a coworking space designed around their business’s needs they say could not be found in Indianapolis or anywhere else they looked in the Midwest.They say The Hatch is "a creative, inspired, non-traditional and collaborative space for their growing Millennial workforce."
Fizziology is based in Indianapolis, but has no clients in the state and is equipped to work with clients in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Russia, Korea, Japan and Australia.
