Muncie-based Youth Opportunity Center has promoted Ashley Williams to director of program services. She has been with YOC since 2003 and most recently served as TASC program director. Williams also serves on the YOC Management Team and is part of senior leadership. She’s currently working to complete her Master’s degree in Public Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Williams’ primary responsibility will be to supervise the program services chain, including the residential director, TASC (Treatment of Adolescents in Secure Care) director, support services director and director of admissions.
