Matt Giffin has joined the business litigation team of Faegre Baker Daniels as an associate. He gained experience in the federal court system during a two-year clerkship with Judge Sarah Evans Barker in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. From 2015-16, Giffin served as an attorney advisor in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, performing litigation and advisory work for the Department’s Office of General Counsel and for the U.S. Coast Guard. He will practice from the law firm’s Indianapolis office. Giffin earned his law degree from Harvard Law School in 2013. He received a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University in 2010.
