Caitlin McGinty has joined FirstPerson as an advisor. She previously served as a client executive at MJ Insurance. McGinty has a background in human resources, marketing, and the software industry. She is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, is a SHRM member and holds her Life and Health Insurance license. In her new role, McGinty will be working primarily alongside small to mid-size groups to build benefit strategies.
