The Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership has named Jeff Pipkin executive director. He previously served as director of business development and as interim executive director since January. Pipkin succeeds Cinda Kelley-Hutchings, who left the position after eight years to pursue other business interests. Pipkin joined the HCEDP in 2013 after serving as deputy director of the Morgan County Economic Development Corp. for 12 years.
