Fort Wayne-based STAR Financial Bank has hired Amanda Kinneman as a private banker and Michele Myers as a relationship manager.  David Tracey is being promoted from research analyst to investment officer within the STAR Wealth Management team.

Kinneman has more than 25 years of banking and insurance experience. She was most recently business development officer in Business Banking at Wells Fargo and has worked in insurance at 1st Source and Hylant Group over the years. 

Myers has more than 30 years of financial services experience and most recently served as a financial adviser for a small community bank.

Tracey has been a member of the STAR team since 2009 in various roles.
