Indianapolis-based consulting firm RQAW has made two hires. Jaime Byerly has been named an environmental biologist, and Greg Ellis was hired as a project manager. Byerly’s expertise includes writing and preparing documents for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, as well as extensive knowledge of categorical exclusions, environmental assessments and environmental impact statements. Ellis specializes in extensive design, construction, and roadway project management. He spent more than 15 years at the Indiana Department of Transportation.
