Fairbanks has promoted Tobyn Linton to director of quality and risk management and corporate compliance officer. Doug Phillips (pictured) will replace him as clinical director. Phillips will oversee operations of the Adult, Young Adult and Adolescent programs along with La Verna Lodge. Judy Feldman (pictured) has been named chief nursing officer. She has extensive training as a registered nurse and nursing supervisor, and is a nurse practitioner.
