iAB Financial Bank Makes Promotions, Hire

Subscribe NowiAB Financial Bank has promoted: Bradley Martin, Todd Martin, Gray McEachern (pictured) and Jenna Russell (pictured) to mortgage banking officer. Bradley Martin has been with iAB for more than eight years. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education & Health from Manchester College. He has spent more than 15 years in mortgage lending.
Todd Martin joined iAB in 2007. He received his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Manchester College. His professional background spans 20 years in the mortgage industry.
McEachern has more than 30 years of experience in the lending industry. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida. McEachern’s professional background in lending includes experience in both commercial real estate lending and single family mortgages.
Russell joined iAB in 2014 and has more than 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She specializes in all aspects of mortgage lending, from origination to closing.
The bank says Kevin Sills, branch manager for iAB’s Bluffton South office, will now expand his role to also manage iAB’s Ossian location. He graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Also promoted were: Erica Bennett, Heather Bontempo and Tarrah Jasso to retail banking officer. Bennett has been with the bank since June of 2008. She began as a teller, was promoted to a personal banker and then made branch manager.
Bontempo has been with the bank since last December, as manager of the Dupont office. She received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of St .Francis and completed each with honors.
Jasso has been in banking for 12 years, spending all of that time with iAB. She started as a vault teller and then was promoted to manager of the Harlan office in October of 2012.
The bank has also named Chuck Pearson mortgage loan originator. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and has a 15-year background in mortgage loan origination. Prior to that, he had 12 years experience in the communications industry in sales and sales management.
