Thomas P. Miller and Associates has named John Taylor director of local economic development. He previously served as executive director of the Posey County Economic Development Partnership. Taylor previously held the same position at the Morgan County Economic Development Corp. He is also the Immediate past president of the Indiana Economic Development Association. Taylor has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a B.S. in Industrial Management from IUPUI.
