South Bend-based Beacon Health System has named Carl Risk president of Elkhart General Hospital. He most recently served as lead administrator for St. Vincent Jennings Hospital in North Vernon. Risk has also worked at King’s Daughters’ Hospital and Health Services in Madison, where he served as vice president of planning and later vice president of clinical services. He also serves on the board of the Indiana Hospital Association. Risk received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Evansville and a master’s degree in health administration from IUPUI.
