Alpha Chi Omega has named Kathleen (Katie) Gaffin chief executive officer. She is an alumna of the Delta Zeta chapter of Alpha Chi Omega at Central Michigan University and is returning to headquarters staff to serve as the executive leader of the Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Foundation and National Housing Corporation. Gaffin previously worked with the organization for five years as a membership development coordinator and collegiate leadership consultant after graduating from college. She has served BMWC Constructors Inc. since 2012, most recently as vice president of human resources. Gaffin also spent 15 years in the high-tech professional services and management consulting sector in numerous leadership roles, including vice president of operations and vice president of human resources with Zanett Commercial Solutions in Carmel. Additionally, she worked at Fusion Alliance and Computer Horizons Corp., both located in Indianapolis, in recruiting, account management and human resources roles.
