Managed Health Services has named Heather Bradley senior director of complex case management. She previously worked for Clarian Health Partners, Indiana University Health and Anthem in various management and leadership roles. Bradley is a certified clinical transplant coordinator and took part in the Emerging Leaders Program in conjunction with IU’s Kelley School of Business. In this role, she will lead and direct the overall operation of the case management function to ensure consistency of policies, procedures and work flows. Bradley received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the OSF St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing. She was a nominee for Nurse of the Year with The Indianapolis Star’s Salute to Excellence.
