OneAmerica Appoints Senior VP, Chief Human Resources Officer

She currently serves as vice president of human resources at Anthem. Sarratt will join the organization in September. In this role, she will serve as a member of the OneAmerica leadership team and be responsible for all aspects of human resources function, with an early focus on culture-building, talent management and development strategies. Sarratt has experience with large, complex and highly-regulated companies, and she has worked with multi-site executive teams to help them scope and respond to the challenges of connecting with associates’ needs. Before joining Anthem, she worked for International Paper Co. for more than 14 years, serving in her last role there as director of human resources in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Sarratt currently serves as an executive board member for the Indiana Sports Corp., board chair for Forest Manor Multi-Service Center, and member of the UNCF Leadership Council for Indianapolis. She received her Master of Science degree in human resources development from Clemson University, and her Bachelor of Science degree in telecommunications from Ball State University.
