Berry Plastics Group Inc. has appointed Scott Ullem to its board of directors. He has served as chief financial officer for Edwards Lifesciences Corp. since 2004. Ullem previously held executive positions in the banking and packaging industries. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from DePauw University and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.
