German American Bancorp Inc. has made several promotions. Randall Braun, Neil Dauby and Keith Leinenbach have new roles on the executive team. Braun has been named executive vice president-chief retail banking and development officer. He joined the bank in 2011 and has 25 years of industry experience. Dauby has been promoted to executive vice president-chief commercial banking officer. He has served with the bank since 2001. Leinenbach has been named executive vice president and chief credit officer. He most recently served as corporate senior vice president and chief credit officer and has been with the company since 2000. The bank has also promoted Clay Barrett to senior vice president of technology and operations and Vicki Schuler to senior vice president and controller.
