Conexus Indiana has named Mark DeFabis chairman and appointed Nick Hoagland vice chair of the Conexus Indiana Logistics Council. DeFabis is chief executive officer of Plainfield-based Integrated Distribution Services Inc. He also serves on the government affairs committee of the International Warehouse Logistics Association, where he also serves as vice chairman of the board of directors. Hoagland is chief operating officer of Backhaul Direct LLC. He is a long-time member of CILC and has focused his recent efforts on talent development efforts as chair of CILC’s Workforce Development Task Force.
