The Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites has hired Madeleine Smith as director of development. She previously worked at Purdue University as director of development in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Smith has also worked in development at Franklin College and Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School. She holds a Certified Fundraising Executive certification and earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Butler University.
