MutualBank has promoted Jen Hart to financial center manager and administrative officer. She joined the bank six years ago and most recently served as Yorktown service manager. Hart is a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, Women’s Build, Muncie Community School’s Kick Off to Kindergarten and United Way of Delaware County. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health science with minors in public health and business administration from Ball State University.
