Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. has hired John Merrill as a senior managing director for its Indianapolis office. He previously worked at CBRE as managing director/market leader, Duke Realty Corp. and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Merrill has been recognized by Midwest Real Estate News in the 2015 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. He is a graduate of Indiana State University. Merrill is on the Board of Directors at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Indiana Chapter; The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis; BOMA’s Indiana Chapter; and NAIOP’s Indiana Chapter.
