Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn has hired Mallory Deckard and Royal Gearhart as associate attorneys. Deckard previously practiced personal injury law and medical malpractice law at firms in Indianapolis and Evansville. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University and her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Gearhart primarily practices immigration, family and private adoption, business and environmental and mineral law. He earned his bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish from Wabash College and his Juris Doctor with a Graduate Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
