Pacers Sports & Entertainment has announced Timothy Bawmann has been named president of the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA Developmental League. He is a veteran Minor League Baseball executive and has served as president and general manager of the Boston Red Sox Class A affiliate Lowell Spinners since 2003. Before coming to the Spinners, he worked in marketing and administration for a number of minor league franchises, including affiliates of the Montreal Expos and Houston Astros. Bawmann also has served as president of the Nashua Silver Knights in the Futures League. He succeeds Jeff Potter.
