Evansville-based Regency Properties has added Barry Paddock as controller. He was previously tax manager for Shoe Carnival and has over 20 years of combined public and private accounting experience. Paddock also holds an Indiana certified public accountant license. He is an Evansville native and graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
