Warsaw-based MutualBank has promoted Juli Eckel to client relationship manager in Elkhart and Kosciusko counties. She previously served at MutualBank as a business development officer, financial center manager and most recently, cash management services manager. Eckel studied Public Affairs and Administration at Indiana University—Purdue University Fort Wayne. She owns The Gallery, a fine art and design studio in Warsaw, with her husband.
