Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP has elected Jared Cox and James Irving as partners. Cox focuses his practice on litigation involving business, employment, tort, insurance, professional liability, construction, and fiduciary/estate disputes. Irving concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and restructuring, as well as commercial litigation. He is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and recently helped found the Legal Aid Society of Louisville’s Young Professionals Association.
