Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana Inc. has named Jay Lytle to lead the organization’s technology solutions department as vice president and chief information officer. Lytle most recently served as CIO for six years at the Indiana Department of Transportation. He also worked for the Indiana Department of Revenue and for Accenture.
