The town of Cicero has hired Shae Kmicikewycz to fill the newly-created position of community development specialist. In her new role, Kmicikewycz will be responsible for communication and marketing, grand administration and project development.  The position was created to assist the Cicero/Jackson Township Plan Commission.  Prior to starting her new position, Kmicikewycz served as the Indiana Main Street Program Manager for the Office of Community and Rural Affairs.
