Indianapolis-based Healthx Inc. has named Sean Downs chief executive officer. He founded Minnesota-based health care data provider Enclarity and previously led the healthcare and insurance division of FICO (NYSE: FICO). In a release issued by Healthx, Downs said, “I am very excited to be part of Healthx’s journey in growing its position as the market-leading digital engagement platform for healthcare organizations. Earlier this year, Healthx announced plans to expand its Marion County operations and create up to 40 jobs by 2018. The company, which is owned by Charlotte, North Carolina-based Frontier Capital, will invest $200,000 in upgrades to its Indianapolis office.
