Indianapolis-based Pure Development has landed another major piece of business from GE Aviation. Pure has been selected for a $50 million renovation and expansion of a facility at GE's Hocksett, New Hampshire campus. Earlier this month, Pure Development's Chris Seger and Drew Sanders joined GE Aviation executives and New Hampshire Governor Maggie Hassan at a groundbreaking event in Hooksett.

“Once again, we are honored to partner with GE Aviation in helping them expand their capabilities and meet increased demand,” said Sanders.

Pure Development is a commercial real estate developer focusing on office, industrial and health care build-to-suit projects.
