The General Manager of Tropicana Evansville is leaving. Our partners at WEHT-TV/WTVW-TV report Jason Gregorec has accepted a job with Rock Gaming LLC in Detroit. Gregorec started at Tropicana in April 2014 and will leave at the end of May. The riverboat casino is located in downtown Evansville.

Tropicana Evansville changed its name from Casino Aztar in 2013. Tropicana Entertainment Casinos, which owns the venue, wanted the name to be a more recognizable brand. It had been called Casino Aztar for nearly 20 years.
