Indianapolis, Ind. — The nation's largest event focused on youth and high school football player safety, education and injury prevention returns to Indianapolis in February 2015. USA Football, the sport's national governing body, is uniting more than 500 youth and high school coaches, athletic directors, commissioners and superintendents from across the United States on Feb. 21-22 at the Indiana Convention Center for the second annual USA Football National Conference.
NCAA Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs OLIVER LUCK will deliver the keynote address on Sunday, Feb. 22. Along with being a former NFL quarterback and father of current Indianapolis Colts quarterback ANDREW LUCK, Oliver Luck is a member of the inaugural College Football Playoff committee and served as athletic director at West Virginia University from 2010-14. Retired Indianapolis Colts head coach TONY DUNGY will kick off the conference Saturday, Feb. 21, joining a lineup of speakers that includes six-time NFL Executive of the Year BILL POLIAN and football parents CHRISTINE GOLIC and MIKE GOLIC alongside presentations from leaders in medicine, researchers and football experts with a diverse range of backgrounds and expertise.
The conference will provide attendees with insight on the latest research, best practices and recommendations for better and safer play while exploring trends within the football community.
“USA Football is a significant contributor to the sport's perpetual improvement and its evolution for the better, particularly in recent years,” Luck said. “Working in concert with medical and sport experts, this is an organization that has earned the trust of the football family from youth levels to the pros and everywhere in between. I look forward to speaking at the National Conference next month.”

More than 750 high schools and 5,500 youth football organizations in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., registered for USA Football’s Heads Up Football® program in 2014. Heads Up Football provides nationally endorsed coaching education and teaching resources to benefit players, parents and coaches.
