The Indiana Youth Institute has elected Kevin Bower to its board of directors. Bower is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Pacers Sports and Entertainment.

Indianapolis, Ind. — The board of directors for the Indiana Youth Institute (IYI) has announced the election of a new board member South Bend native and current Indianapolis resident Kevin Bower.

Bower is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pacers Sports and Entertainment. Bower was promoted to that position in 2011 after spending 9 years with the organization. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.

In addition to his seat on the IYI board, Bower also serves on the boards of St. Vincent Hospital, and Mother Theodore Catholic Academies. He also serves on the Finance Committee of the St. Vincent Foundation.

Bower lives in Indianapolis, with his wife and three children. He was born in Fort Wayne, and grew up in South Bend.
