Goodwill to Launch Another Adult Charter School

Subscribe NowGoodwill Industries of Michiana is planning to open a tuition-free adult charter high school in July in South Bend. The South Bend Tribune reports The Excel Center will be located in part of the former Bosch Corp. facility that closed in 2012. The school will offer students the opportunity to earn a high school diploma and potentially receive dual credit from Ivy Tech Community College, making it the sixth of its kind in the state to do so.
Goodwill expects up to 350 students per year will take part in the program.
Goodwill LEADS will oversee the charter school.
