Ivy Tech Community College Northeast will launch a study to examine the work force and educational needs of the region. The research will be conducted by Fort Wayne-based True North Strategic Advisers LLC. The company will cull the data from interviews, focus groups and surveys.

The nine-county Ivy Tech Northeast region includes Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Wells, Whitley, Huntington, Steuben, LaGrange and Noble counties.

It is expected to take up to 10 months to complete.
