SOUTH BEND, Ind. – WorkOne is collaborating with Specialized Staffing Solutions to hold a HIRING EVENT featuring multiple openings from Press Ganey for call-center representatives; the event is set for Oct. 29 in South Bend.

What: WorkOne and Specialized Staffing Solutions HIRING EVENT on behalf of Press Ganey.

Who: Open to JOB SEEKERS ONLY (Media coverage NOT ALLOWED for events staged inside WorkOne pursuant to state Department of Workforce Development (DWD) policies).

Where: WorkOne Saint Joseph County, 851 South Marietta Street, South Bend, 46601.

When: Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014, from 1:00-to-3:00 p.m.

Details: The HIRING EVENT will feature part- and full-time openings for call-center representatives. The wage is $10.00 hourly.

-Part-time hours, 6:00-to-11:00 p.m.;

-Full-time hours, 2:30-to-11:00 p.m.;

-Conduct medical surveys;

-Must have good customer-service skills; and

-Accurate data-entry abilities.

Job seekers should come to the event prepared to interview with a representative of the employer. In this light, job seekers should dress to make a favorable impression as well as prepare in advance what com-ments he or she intends to make to the hiring manager. Moreover, each job seeker should please bring their resume as well as a picture ID or driver’s license AND Social Security card; these documents are required to apply for a position through WorkOne.
