Indianapolis, Ind. — Mayor Greg Ballard will announce the deployment of Indy’s “Freedom Fleet.” In 2012, Mayor Ballard signed an executive order making Indy the first city in the nation to pledge to convert its entire municipal non-pursuit-police fleet to electrified vehicles by 2025.
