Carmel, Ind. — Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard will deliver his State of the City Address, presented annually since becoming mayor in 1996, at the Carmel Chamber luncheon on Wednesday, October 8 at Ritz Charles.
Last year’s event was attended by more than 500 business and community leaders, Chamber members and guests. City of Carmel departments will be on hand before and after the address with information about their respective jobs and activities.

Reservations are required. The Chamber's monthly luncheons are $20 for Chamber members and $25 for non-members. Walk-ins are highly discouraged and cannot be guaranteed seating. Corporate tables of eight that include preferred seating and table recognition are available for $200 for Chamber members and $250 for non-members.
