Our partners at The Herald Bulletin report the 76-unit assisted living facility still needs approval from the Anderson Board of Zoning Appeals. If final approval is given, construction could start this fall.
The proposal is to build Madison Park Senior Living LLC on about a 20 acre site located in the 4200 block of Columbus Avenue.
Organizers also have future plans to build an additional 100 units for independent living at the site.
The property is owned by Madison Park Church of God.
