Evansville, Ind. — Rudolph, Fine, Porter and Johnson, LLP is pleased to announce that it has elected to merge its 20 attorney practice with Jackson Kelly PLLC, one of the 250 largest law firms in the United States, effective July 1, 2014.
The leadership of Rudolph, Fine, Porter and Johnson, LLP recognizes the need for advancement in Evansville’s expanding market. Managing Partner Marc D. Fine said, “With complementary skill sets and collective knowledge, the joining of the two firms will enable us to take our clients to the next level with a broader range of resources and services.”
Rudolph, Fine, Porter and Johnson LLP was founded in Evansville in 1987 and has been built from the ground up to become a recognized leader in its marketplace. The Firm, now comprised of more than 50 attorneys, paraprofessionals and administrators, has a second office in Crawfordsville, Indiana and serves clients in the Indiana-Kentucky-Illinois region and beyond in the areas of litigation, mediation, estate planning and administration, corporate, health care, banking, employment and real estate law.

Jackson Kelly, which was founded in 1822, opened its eleventh office in Evansville with three attorneys in 2011 to serve its growing energy practice and continues to support the energy and manufacturing industries in the area. Pursuant to the merger, the Firm’s Evansville office will move to Rudolph, Fine, Porter and Johnson’s office in downtown Evansville, at 221 NW Fifth Street, Evansville, Indiana 47706-1507.
