PLAINFIELD, Ind. – Hendricks County and Plainfield, Indiana officials will join executives from Hanzo Logistics and Ambrose Property Group to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new 403,200-square-foot headquarters office and distribution facility located at 450 Airtech Parkway in Plainfield, Indiana. This development will become the new headquarters for Hanzo Logistics, a logistics firm specializing in warehouse management, fulfillment and distribution, cold storage and transportation.
Cushman & Wakefield/Summit brokers, Cam Kucic and Matt McGrady, represented Hanzo in its search for a new distribution facility. This facility will accommodate Hanzo's expansion requirements and anticipated growth. Ambrose Property Group has hired Pepper Construction as the general contractor and JRA Architecture as the project architect.
Aasif Bade, President of Ambrose Property Group, will host the ground breaking ceremony on Monday, June 23rd. Bade said, “We appreciate the opportunity to partner with Summit's client, Hanzo Logistics, on this new development. We also want to thank the state and local officials who were instrumental in making this important development a reality.”

The anticipated completion date for this project is in September of 2014.
