Subscribe NowAn Ohio-based developer is moving forward with plans for a $70 million, 158-unit residential complex in Fort Wayne. The Journal Gazette reports Redwood Communities Group LLC's proposal has received Allen County Plan Commission approval. The company is already involved in over a dozen other projects throughout the state. Four of those projects are in Fort Wayne.
The other developments in the area include two under construction, 95-unit Maplecrest Luxury Apartments and 151-unit Atrium Village, as will as 152-unit Centennial Highlands and a nearby memory care facility called Senescent Healthcare.
The Williamsburg Village project could be up up for a key rezoning approval from the county in the coming weeks.
