News Release

CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 10, 2014 — QuintEvents, the leader in Official sports and cultural ticket and hospitality travel packages, announced its continued growth through the agreement to acquire Sport Events, a $10 million sporting event package company.

“Sport Events has a great customer base and some excellent relationships,” said Brian Learst, C.E.O. of QuintEvents. “We are very excited about them becoming part of the QuintEvents family.”

“Sport Events' diligence and commitment to delivering high quality sport experiences will give us an even greater sales distribution for our existing Official relationships like NFL, NBA, Churchill Downs®, Formula One Paddock Club™, Circuit of The Americas, MotoGP® Worldwide Racing, Breeders' Cup®, College Football Playoff Premium, and UFC.”
