NEW ALBANY, Ind. – This 15-16 acre new park will have a 35,000 SF indoor multi-purpose facility with indoor artificial turf for programmed sports and play. An outdoor skatepark built of prelast concrete with 5000 SF of concrete ramps, banks, SS grand rails and copings. A 3500 SF spray pad with water jets, umbrellas, bambo, misting loops, and water garden spray features manufactured by Vortex will be included.
Additional features include a 1 mile walking/running path, 2000 SF performance shelter, two 400 SF picnic shelters, 500 SF water park shelter, basketball courts, two irrigated, bermuda grass pee wee football fields with seating, a press box and landscaped areas with a main entrance portal for identification.
