AT&T has named Brian West vice president and general manager for its greater lakes market. He most recently was vice president and general manager of the Ohio and Pennylvania markets. West holds a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University, bachelor’s degree from Western Governor’s University and a master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
