SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, the South Bend (IN) based staffing firm, has announced the acquisition of The Agency Staffing, Inc., headquartered in West Dundee, Illinois.
According to W. “Jay” Wilkinson, Peoplelink's President and CEO, “This acquisition is yet another 'perfect fit' for the Peoplelink organization. Agency Staffing is in full growth mode and their operational model will complement the Peoplelink profit center operating model.”
Wilkinson goes on to explain that “this acquisition will improve our commercial staffing footprint in Illinois and will provide for additional growth in the neighboring states of Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota. The acquisition will bring a talented staff of veterans and will provide the current Agency Staffing clients with even more choices and higher levels of staffing support and human capital services.”
