JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Sunset Capital Assets, Inc., (SSBN), a Nevada corporation, trading on the Over the Counter (OTC) markets “pink sheets” as SSBN, announced today that the Company finalized the acquisition of Green Bear Solutions, LLC., a privately held automotive sales and finance company headquartered in Indianapolis, IN that helps consumers with less than perfect credit, purchase and finance vehicles that are typically not available to the millions of Americans with subprime credit history.
“The merger of Investment Capital Fund Group, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sunset Capital Assets, and Green Bear Solutions, LLC is the next step in creating a national automotive finance company.”
