Indianapolis, Ind. — Interactive Innovation rooms coupled with modern work spaces, adjustable desks and touch screens are some of the features of Allegient's newly unveiled state of the art Development Center. The 4000 square foot-facility located at Allegient's headquarters at 201 W. 103rd Street not only meets the needs of today’s modern worker but will create 36 white collar jobs by 2017.
“The new expansion will allow our clients to realize faster time to value. We will be able to get more work done in a shorter time period by better leveraging the right resources at precisely the right times.” stated Jim Kerr, Vice President of Business Development. “This increased collaboration will also produce a pool of individuals with knowledge of multiple engagements. Someone will always be available to help.”
“One key idea behind the new Development Center is to assemble teams of resources to work across the landscape of our clients,” said Bill Cox, Allegient's Vice President of Operations. “In the event one client encounters a problem requiring more resources; we can surge on the issue bringing the client a quality solution, faster.”
The Development Center is specially designed to fit the unique needs of each project and occupant’s preference. Employees have the option of working in open cubicles providing a better environment for interaction and communication or in a private setting for tasks requiring deep concentration. White boards mounted around touch screens in the innovation room allow employees to collaborate and move seamless through ideas.
