Lake City Bank has promoted Justin Taylor to financial wellness officer and Terry Bradley to vice president and retail banking officer. Taylor most recently served as a retail banker and holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Bradley most recently was an assistant vice president and is a member of the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce.
