Twenty-one years ago, an Eli Lilly scientist and Indiana University academic realized there were very few women working in high-tech jobs in Indianapolis. So, Joyce Gustafson and Georgia Miller decided to change that dynamic by founding Women & Hi Tech. Since then, the nonprofit has blazed the trail for women and girls pursuing STEM careers in Indiana.
